The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you automatically by email.
From the date of your withdrawal declaration, you have 14 days to return the relevant product(s) to us.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, complete, and suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Legal Exceptions
Under applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed after delivery.
Therefore, vinyl records, CDs, cassette tapes, and other sealed audio media cannot be returned once the protective seal or shrink wrap has been removed.
